Parade of Homes Fall 2025
Located in Whispering Coves in Verona, Wisconsin, this 4,700-square-foot custom home was featured in the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes and overlooks tranquil ponds and marshland.
Project Information
This custom home combines thoughtful design with spaces for everyday living and entertaining. The welcoming front porch features wood-covered beams and a beautiful wood ceiling, while the three-season room includes a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and Duradek flooring. The home offers three upper-level bedrooms and a spacious main-level primary suite with a custom curb-free steam shower and walk-in closet.
The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a large island, custom range hood, GE Monogram appliances, and Bertch cabinetry, flowing into the dining area and great room. A connected butler pantry and activity space add functionality, while the lower level includes a full wet bar and recreation room overlooking the golf simulator.
